1. One agreement, one consent
This is the single membership agreement for ASEAN ZIP. By ticking the consent box at registration, you accept this Agreement in full. It incorporates our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Safety & Compliance Rules, AI Services Addendum and Friends-only Visual Prank Addendum. You do not need to accept separate documents for each feature, and one acceptance covers all current and future features described here.
2. Who we are
ASEAN ZIP is operated by GUANGZHOU QLQ ENTERPRISE CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong ("ASEAN ZIP", "we", "us" or "our"). ASEAN ZIP is an industry community and information platform for surface treatment, hardware, injection moulding, die casting, moulds, R&D and related sectors.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this Agreement. You must give accurate registration information, keep it current, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and devices secure. One Aseanzip account ID is the identity used across circles, games, AI, certificates, roles and the Shop.
4. Community conduct
Treat other members with respect. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, discriminate, spam, scrape personal data, upload malware, or post illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or infringing content. Do not use the platform to arrange physical harm, illegal chemicals, prohibited weapons, or any transaction that breaks applicable law. Circle owners, technical officers and platform staff may moderate content under the rules in force.
5. Professional, technical and safety content
Technical discussion is shared experience, not a guarantee. Processes, chemicals, equipment, coatings and waste treatment carry real safety, environmental and regulatory risks. You must verify recommendations against your own process, local law, material safety data sheets and qualified professional advice. ASEAN ZIP does not supervise your factory, approve your process, or certify that a member's advice is safe for your line.
6. AI services
ASEAN ZIP provides AI-assisted translation, knowledge search, concierge routing, profile and destiny readings, game advice and other assistive tools. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. It is for reference and convenience only and is not medical, legal, financial, safety, engineering or employment advice. The original source, applicable standard and local law prevail. Do not rely on AI for a decision that could cause injury, environmental harm, financial loss or legal liability. We may change models, limits and availability. Shipment and dispute photos may be sent to a third-party vision model for tamper checks; results are advisory and may be reviewed by staff. Business licence images are used only for seller verification and shown to authorised reviewers.
7. AI Play: pranks, avatars, greeting cards, quizzes and drift bottles
AI Play is for consenting adults. Visual pranks are friends-only: you may target only a member who has accepted you as a friend, and you must have their consent to apply an avatar effect. Five different friends must accept a prank invitation to earn one prank card; one card is consumed per use; an effect remains for up to 24 hours and can be removed or reported. Pranks must not involve physical contact, threats, sexual content, hate, humiliation of a protected group, or targeting a person's family, workplace or reputation. Avatar Remix, greeting cards, quizzes and drift bottles must not contain illegal, harassing, deceptive or infringing material. Do not upload or use another person's image without permission. We may remove content and suspend access for abuse.
8. Games
Games are provided for recreation. Server rules, timing, seating and results are controlled by ASEAN ZIP. You must not cheat, collude, use unauthorised automation, exploit bugs or harass other players. AI opponents are practice tools: AI games do not affect ranked points, ratings or leaderboards. Human ranked games may affect your game record; game rank is separate from professional certification.
9. Certificates, exams and badges
ASEAN ZIP may issue platform certificates and skill badges after an exam. A certificate is a record of passing an ASEAN ZIP assessment; it is not a government licence, a regulated qualification, a work permit or a guarantee of employment, safety or quality. Members receive two free exam attempts per calendar month; additional attempts may be paid. Exam questions, timing, paid retakes and anti-cheating checks are set by ASEAN ZIP. Certificates are permanent unless revoked for cheating, false identity or serious misconduct. Electronic seals, serial numbers and QR verification are platform security features, not a government seal. You must not alter, forge, copy or misrepresent a certificate.
10. Community roles
Circle Owner, Vice Owner, Technical Officer, Publisher and Operations Officer are community roles, not employment, agency or a partnership. Role holders receive limited permissions inside a circle and must act fairly, protect member privacy and follow platform rules. ASEAN ZIP may appoint, limit, review, suspend or remove a role holder, and may transfer a circle if an owner is inactive or unsafe. Role benefits, quotas and terms may change.
11. Shop and jobs
ASEAN ZIP is not a party to transactions between members. Listings, prices, quotes, delivery, payment, warranties and disputes are between the parties. Sellers must hold required licences and sell only lawful new products. Jobs must be genuine; deposits, training fees, retention of identity documents and misleading pay are prohibited. Suppliers remain solely responsible for their qualifications, claims and listings. ASEAN ZIP may review, re-review or delist any supplier at its discretion. We may remove listings and report suspected fraud. Where a seller chooses bank transfer, the buyer pays the seller nominated account directly; ASEAN ZIP does not hold, guarantee or insure those funds. Sellers must confirm receipt before shipment. Shipment records and camera-captured proof are stored as evidence. Local job and task listings must show a genuine city and scope; task claims are first-come and may not be sold or transferred. Disputes require evidence and may be reviewed by ASEAN ZIP.
12. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant ASEAN ZIP a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, translate, format, index and distribute your content on the platform and in promotion of the platform, for as long as the content is published and for a reasonable archival period afterwards. You confirm you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe another person's rights. We may remove or restrict content that breaks this Agreement.
13. Privacy and personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights. Account, profile, contact, content, device, usage and payment-related data may be processed to operate the platform, prevent abuse, provide support and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers under contract and may transfer data to countries with different privacy laws, using appropriate safeguards where required. You may request access, correction, export or deletion, subject to legal retention and fraud-prevention needs.
14. Sensitive AI profile data
AI profile fields such as birth date and time, birth place, phone, email, address, family members and career details are optional unless a feature needs them. They are used only to provide the requested reading, match, game advice or service. They are not shown on your public profile and are not included in public certificate pages. Authorised staff may see aggregate or individual records only for support, safety, audit or legal compliance. Do not submit another person's sensitive data without their permission.
15. Cookies, analytics and presence
We use cookies and similar storage for login, language, preferences, security and aggregate analytics. A same-city online count may use a short-lived presence signal based on the city in your profile; it shows an aggregate number, not your name or exact location. You can opt out of presence display in settings. We do not use presence to track you across other websites.
16. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, label, limit, remove or refuse content; suspend or close accounts; revoke certificates or roles; and report unlawful activity. We aim to act proportionately, but may act immediately where there is risk of harm, fraud, illegal goods or abuse. You may appeal a moderation decision through the contact channel. Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent removal.
17. Intellectual property
ASEAN ZIP's name, logo, interface, templates, certificate designs, seal system, software and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or use them to create a competing service without written permission. Member content remains subject to the licence in section 12.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of member content, suitability of a supplier or member, safety of a process, or a particular business, employment or certification outcome. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASEAN ZIP and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or harm arising from reliance on member content, AI output, a transaction between members, or a factory process. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to ASEAN ZIP in the twelve months before the event, or the minimum permitted by law.
20. Termination and data
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, risk or legal requirements. On closure, public content may remain in archives, search indexes or legal records, and some data may be retained where required by law or for dispute resolution. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
21. Changes
We may update this Agreement as the platform changes. We will publish the new version and date. Material changes will be notified on the platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about closure.
22. Governing law and contact
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hong Kong have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise. Contact: service@aseanzip.com · +86 20 8968 9081.
23. Consent record
When you accept at registration, we record your username, the Agreement version, the scope of consent and the time of acceptance. This record is evidence of your one-time acceptance of the Terms, Privacy Policy, Safety Rules, AI Services Addendum and Friends-only Visual Prank Addendum. If you later create a new account, you must accept the current version again.
