1. Platform safety
Illegal goods, fraud, infringement, counterfeit products, dangerous-goods trading, harassment and malware are prohibited.
The Market is only for lawful new products and industrial goods. Restricted items, counterfeit goods and products that require a licence without supporting credentials are not allowed.
Job posts must be genuine. Deposits, training fees and retention of identity documents are prohibited.
To report a violation, use the report action on the post or email service@aseanzip.com.
2. Occupational health and safety
Plating, anodizing, spraying and wastewater treatment involve acids, alkalis, heavy metals, organic solvents and dust. You must provide ventilation, PPE, emergency washing and hazardous-waste disposal in accordance with local law.
Platform content is for industry exchange only. It does not replace local safety regulations, safety data sheets (SDS), occupational-health monitoring or an employer’s safety management system.
For molten metal (die casting), injection molding and mold lifting, follow equipment lockout, lifting and fire-prevention rules.
3. Privacy and data
We collect only the information needed to provide the service. Location is recorded only when you actively share it, and map positions are fuzzed.
We do not sell personal data. You may request an export or deletion of your account data.

4. Account security
Use a strong password and do not share your account.
Administrators must enable two-factor authentication; all users are encouraged to do so.
If you notice unusual sign-in activity, change your password immediately and contact the administrator.
