1. 平台性质
Asean Zip 是面向表面处理、五金、注塑、压铸、模具、研发与相关行业的交流与交易信息平台。平台提供社区、招聘、市场、聊天与翻译工具，不直接参与用户之间的交易，也不对交易结果提供担保。
2. 账号
- 你须提供真实、有效的邮箱与必要资料，并对账号下的行为负责。
- 不得冒用他人身份、批量注册、共享管理员账号或绕过安全限制。
- 管理员可基于安全或合规原因限制、停用或删除账号。
3. 允许与禁止
允许：行业技术交流、合法产品与设备信息、真实招聘、供应链合作、经验分享。
禁止：违法或违禁品交易、假冒伪劣、诈骗、侵权、骚扰、仇恨、恶意软件、垃圾信息、未经授权的个人信息收集、规避许可证或安全监管的内容。
4. 市场与招聘
- 市场仅用于合法新产品与工业品；卖家须确保信息真实、拥有销售资质并履行当地产品安全与标签义务。
- 招聘信息必须真实，不得收取押金、培训费、扣押证件或要求违法劳动。
- 平台可下架不合规信息，并保留移交监管机构的权利。
5. 内容与知识产权
- 你保留自己发布内容的权利，并授予平台在全球范围内非独占、免费、可再许可的展示、翻译、缓存与分发许可，用于运营和推广本平台。
- 不得发布侵犯他人著作权、商标、专利或商业秘密的内容。
- 平台标识、界面与自有内容归 Asean Zip 所有。
6. 翻译与 AI
平台可能使用机器翻译或 AI 工具生成译文、摘要或推荐。译文仅供参考，不构成专业、法律或安全建议；以原文与当地法规为准。
7. 免责与责任
- 平台按“现状”提供，不保证内容准确、完整或持续可用。
- 用户须自行评估技术、安全、法律与交易风险；涉及电镀化学品、高温熔融金属、压力设备、危废处理等，必须遵守当地法规与安全规程。
- 在法律允许的最大范围内，平台不对间接损失、利润损失或第三方行为承担责任。
8. 违规处理
可采取删除内容、限制功能、暂停或终止账号、移交执法机关等措施。对处理有异议，可联系 admin@aseanzip.com 申诉。
9. 条款变更
条款可能更新，重大变更会在站内公告。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
10. 适用法律
适用法律与争议解决地以平台运营主体所在地法律为准；具体管辖以当地强制性法律规定为准。
Terms of Service (English summary)
Asean Zip is an industry community and information platform for surface treatment, hardware, injection molding, die casting, molds, R&D and related sectors. We provide community, jobs, market, chat and translation tools, but are not a party to transactions and do not guarantee their outcome.
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and not impersonate others, scrape personal data, post illegal or counterfeit goods, fraud, harassment, malware or content that circumvents licensing or safety rules. Market listings must be legal new products; job posts must be genuine and free of deposits, training fees or document retention.
You retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, translate, cache and distribute it for operating and promoting the platform. Machine translations and AI outputs are for reference only and are not professional, legal or safety advice.
The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses and for third-party conduct. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or report illegal activity. Questions: admin@aseanzip.com.
