1. 我们收集什么
- 账号信息：邮箱、用户名、姓名、密码哈希、语言与国家/地区。
- 资料信息：工种、公司、从业年限、你主动填写的 WhatsApp。
- 位置信息：仅在你主动点击“分享位置”时记录经纬度、精度与分享时间；地图展示会做约 400 米模糊处理。
- 使用信息：登录时间、IP、设备与浏览器类型、访问页面、主题与帖子互动、聊天消息。
- 内容：你发布的主题、回复、图片、聊天与翻译内容。
2. 用途
提供账号、社区、聊天、附近的人、翻译、招聘与市场功能；安全审核与反垃圾；统计与产品改进；遵守法律义务；处理申诉与争议。
3. 共享
- 不出售个人信息。
- 仅在必要时与云托管、邮件、翻译、地图与支付服务商共享，并要求其按约处理。
- 依法配合执法或监管要求；企业重组时按法律要求转移。
- 公开内容（帖子、市场信息）对其他用户可见；聊天仅对频道成员可见。
4. 保留
账号与内容在账号存续期间保留；删除账号后，法律要求保留的记录、反欺诈日志与备份会在合理期限内清理。位置分享记录可随时停止并申请删除。
5. 安全
使用 HTTPS、访问控制、密码哈希与最小权限。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全；请使用强密码，管理员必须开启双重验证。
6. 你的权利
可访问、更正、导出或删除个人数据；可撤回位置分享同意；可反对或限制某些处理。请发邮件至 admin@aseanzip.com，我们会在合理期限内答复。
7. Cookie
使用必要的会话与安全 Cookie；如启用统计分析，会使用匿名化或聚合数据，并提供相应说明与选择。
8. 跨境传输
服务可能使用位于其他国家的云服务。我们会采取合同与技术措施保护数据，并遵守适用的跨境传输规则。
9. 未成年人
平台面向行业从业者，不面向未满 18 周岁的未成年人。如发现未成年人数据，将删除。
10. 变更与联系

Privacy Policy (English summary)
We collect account data (email, username, name, password hash, language, country), profile data (job type, company, experience, WhatsApp you choose to provide), location only when you actively share it (with ~400 m map fuzzing), usage data (login time, IP, device, pages, interactions, chat) and the content you post.
We use it to provide accounts, community, chat, nearby, translation, jobs and market features; to moderate and prevent abuse; to improve the product; to comply with law; and to handle disputes. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with necessary hosting, email, translation, map and payment providers, with authorities when required, and in a lawful reorganisation. Public posts and market listings are visible to other users; chats are visible to channel members.
We retain data while your account exists and clean up backups and legally required records within reasonable periods. We use HTTPS, access control, password hashing and least privilege, but no system is absolutely secure. You may access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw location consent, or object to certain processing by emailing admin@aseanzip.com. We use essential session and security cookies; any analytics will be aggregated or anonymised. Services may involve cross-border processing with contractual and technical safeguards. The platform is for industry participants and not for anyone under 18.
