We are plating small screws in a horizontal barrel and see tangling and contact marks at higher loading.
What loading ratio (by volume) do you use for:
- M2–M3 screws
- Small stamped contacts
- Parts with thin walls
Also, how do you balance productivity against part damage? A photo of your barrel and a description of the flight design would be useful.
