aseanzip_boss · 3d agoWe anodize both 6061 and 7075 aluminium, sometimes in the same line. The 7075 parts are more sensitive to burning and colour variation.
How do you separate or sequence the alloys?
- Racking and current density
- Bath contamination limits
- Rinse and sealing differences
- Rejection criteria
Any experience with mixed-alloy production would be valuable.
