Racking marks on anodized profiles: how to hide?

Long anodized profiles show rack marks at the contact points, and the customer rejects them on visible faces.

We have tried changing contact locations and using titanium racks. What else works?

• Contact geometry and pressure
• Masking and post-finishing
• Part orientation in the tank
• Customer-approved acceptance criteria

This is a cosmetic issue, but it affects yield significantly.
