Color matching between zipper sliders and pulls

We produce zipper sliders and pulls in separate batches and sometimes see a colour mismatch after plating.

Possible causes: substrate differences, rack position, bath age and post-treatment. How do you control colour across batches?

• Master samples and lighting
• Bath analysis and make-up
• Rack loading and current density
• Acceptance tolerances
